pineapple avocado salsa
It’s a funny thing, having a blog. When things come up in your life, days slip by and eventually so much time passes that you have no idea what to write about and you feel as though when you do finally write something, it ought to be profoundly compelling.
…
Then again, maybe not.
pineapple avocado salsa recipe
1/2 cup finely chopped pineapple
1 ripe avocado
1 small yellow pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small red chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 tbs finely chopped scallion
juice of half a lemon
1 tbs olive oil
sea salt and cracked black pepper
Chop, mix, toss, and enjoy with all kinds of stuff.
What can I say, I’m not feeling wordy.

A simple yet so fresh and delightful fruit salsa. Yummy!
Haha. Ah. I let time slip occasionally, but I haven’t been at a loss for words yet – I hope that day never arrives.
You’ve handled it well, though;)
ah it isn’t that bad. i cherish my bouts of wordlessness.
I hear you. Loud and clear
This salsa looks yummy.
hahaha! Well this is absolutely perfect
That salsa sounds fabulous! I’ve never done pineapple with avocado, I’ve been craving fish tacos lately and this would be sooo good on top!
ooh yes that sounds perfect! we had it with rice but trust me, fish tacos would have been my first choice.
Looks so colorful and fresh can’t wait to make it….thanks for this “tasteful expression”.
Ha! There are many blog posts where I have to dig deep to find something to write. I can totally relate. Terrific salsa.
thanks, Kristi. good to know it’s not just me.
Don’t put so much pressure onto it! Just enjoy yourself. Loving this for Spring!

In the same boot today. This made me howl with laughter. Sorry you aren’t inspired right now though. Wordy picks and chooses it’s moments with me. Great recipe. Looks so fresh and delish.
